Refund Policy

Effective March 19, 2026

If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's how refunds work.

1. Subscription Refunds

  • A pro-rated refund is available within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase, provided no LuvTokens have been consumed during that period.
  • No refunds are issued after 48 hours for the current billing period.
  • If you cancel your subscription, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

2. LuvToken Refunds

  • Unused LuvTokens are refundable within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Consumed LuvTokens are non-refundable.
  • LuvTokens included with your subscription tier are not separately refundable.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

To request a refund, contact billing@luvme.io with your account email and a description of your request.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned via the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a fraudulent chargeback (friendly fraud) will result in permanent account suspension. If you have a billing concern, please contact billing@luvme.io first so we can resolve the issue directly.

5. Termination Refunds

Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for any refund.

6. Consumer Protection

Under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, you have a 10-day cooling-off right for internet agreements valued at $50 CAD or more. This is your statutory right and cannot be waived. See our Terms of Service §17 for full details.
