Can I use LuvMe for free?
Yes! The free tier gives you access to AI chat, companion browsing, achievements, and the dating system forever. You'll get 50 daily messages, 10 likes, and 3 image generations per day. No credit card required to sign up.
What are LuvTokens?
LuvTokens are an in-app currency you earn through milestones and receive monthly with paid plans. Use them to send personalized gifts to your companions, boost their mood, and strengthen your relationship. Basic plans receive 50 tokens monthly, and Premium receives 150.
What happens to my photos and media?
Generated images and media are kept for a period based on your plan: 24 hours for Free, 72 hours for Basic, and 7 days for Premium. Media added to Community Galleries (Premium) is exempt from expiry and stays as long as the gallery is published.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your paid features will remain active until the end of your billing period. See our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and refunds.
What are Photo Requests?
Photo Requests let you ask your companion to send you a custom photo in a specific setting or outfit. Your companion generates a unique image just for you. Basic plans get 3 requests per day, and Premium gets 10.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is deleted immediately and permanently when you delete your account. Not archived, not anonymized, not retained for "analytics." Messages, memories, images, relationship history, and preferences are all gone. You can also export everything first via Settings if you want a copy.
