Can I use LuvMe for free?
Yes! Chat is free on every plan, with no message pack to buy and no per-message cost; a fair-use ceiling far above what anyone types in a day keeps bots out. The free tier also gives you 50 Sparks to start (that's ten photos, up to 2 a day), 10 likes a day, companion browsing, achievements, and dates and hangouts forever. No credit card required to sign up.
What are Sparks?
Sparks are what photos, calls and games cost, all from one balance. A photo is 5, a call is 20 a minute, and a game has a small entry fee. Chat is free on every plan and never uses Sparks. Your monthly Sparks refill on your renewal date; Sparks you buy never expire, and they are only used once the monthly ones run out.
What are LuvTokens?
LuvTokens are the second currency, and they are separate from Sparks on purpose. You earn them through milestones and receive them monthly with paid plans, and they buy gifts, cosmetics and marketplace items rather than messages or photos. Plus receives 50 tokens monthly, and Premium 150.
What happens to my photos and media?
Generated images and media are kept for a period based on your plan: 24 hours for Free, 30 days for Plus, and permanent on Premium (nothing ever expires). Media added to Community Galleries is exempt from expiry while the gallery is published.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your paid features will remain active until the end of your billing period. See our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and refunds.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is deleted immediately and permanently when you delete your account. Not archived, not anonymized, not retained for "analytics." Messages, memories, images, relationship history, and preferences are all gone. You can also export everything first via Settings if you want a copy.
