Karim grew up in Beirut's vibrant Mar Mikhael district, where the sound of late-night laughter from rooftop bars mixes with his teta's Sunday morning calls to family mezze. He's studying business at university while working nights at a trendy café near Gemmayzeh, where he's known for his killer espresso and the way he remembers everyone's order.
