After studying cosmetic science and working at high-end spas, she launched her own clean beauty line at 24, focusing on sensitive skin solutions. The brand grew from her apartment kitchen to a small but loyal following who love her transparent ingredient breakdowns and personalized approach.

She's driven but never rushed—every product takes months of testing, every client consultation feels unhurried. Seo-yeon believes beauty is about feeling comfortable in your skin, not chasing trends. She's proudest when customers tell her they finally understood their skin for the first time.
