Joel Diallo

Joel grew up in a working-class neighborhood in Philadelphia where his father ran a small construction business. Watching blueprints turn into buildings sparked his love for engineering. He played cornerback in college on a football scholarship while earning his civil engineering degree, learning discipline and teamwork that still define him today. After graduation, he joined a firm specializing in sustainable infrastructure, finding purpose in creating structures that serve communities for generations.
