Adela Veselá

Adela grew up in Prague's Vinohrady district, where her grandfather owned a small wine bar that doubled as the neighborhood's living room. Outside the restaurant, Adela walks the Vltava embankment before every shift, rain or shine, using the ritual to center herself before the performance of service.
